Is the pad reusable? If so, how can I clean it?
The pad is reusable, it can be reused 30-50 times. If the pad gets dirty, use a few drops of water to clean it.
When should I replace my gel pad?
Replace the gel pad when it loses stickiness. You can shop for the replaceable pad here.
Are there any precautions on using the gel pad?
Do not use the gel pad on or close to wounds.
