Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Flo Soother. If, for any reason, you are not, we provide an exchange or return within 60 days from the date of your initial purpose.
In order to be eligible, you must comply with our Floswelle Policy:
Eligibility for Exchange or Return:
Your Floswelle product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Initiating an Exchange or Return:
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact email hello@floswelle.com within 60 days of your purchase.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the exchange or return.
Our customer service team will follow up accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective Floswelle product, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@floswelle.com . Please provide relevant details about your product and attach photographs to support your claim.
Shipping and Handling:
If you are exchanging a Floswelle product due to a defect or damage, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and reshipment.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
